The Diamond Push-Up Bar is a very special kind of push-up grip.

It is specifically designed to protect the joints during this highly effective exercise.

A diamond push-up is essentially a close-grip push-up. Just like standard push-ups, regular execution trains the muscles required to stabilize the core, including the chest, abdominal, back, gluteal, and leg muscles.

The level of difficulty is relatively high, as most of the power must be generated by the triceps and deltoid muscles, whereas in standard push-ups, a larger portion of the load is carried by the chest muscles.
