A training resistance of up to 23 kg can be achieved even faster and more easily with the Original Powerball® Autostart. Simply "wind up" the rotor — similar to a pull-back toy car —, release it, and the workout begins instantly. Maintaining the rotation through regular exercise highly effectively strengthens the forearms and overall grip strength.
