Function

This pull-up bar enables standard pull-ups as well as highly effective training for the forearm muscles.

The forearm muscles are trained by firmly gripping the Dr. Dreh pull-up bar and subsequently rolling the wrists up and down. A largely identical effect occurs when the bar is rolled from the fingertips into the palm and back out again. The load can be effectively controlled by body posture (upright posture with an overhead grip or an angled posture with a forward grip at head height).
