Shipping and Delivery Costs

Physical Products

We reliably ship our physical products using GLS and DHL. The applicable delivery and shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight of the package. Within Germany, standard shipping is generally free of charge (see below for details and exceptions). Below you will find an overview of the cost structure for selected countries.

Germany

For standard orders up to 31.5 kg, we offer free shipping within Germany (excluding island deliveries). Shipments with a total weight of more than 31.5 kg must be shipped by a forwarding agency due to their size and weight. The costs for this start at 69 EUR. We kindly ask you to request a quote from us before placing your order.

Other EU Countries

For orders from the European Union with a total weight of up to 31.5 kg, we charge a flat rate of 24 EUR. Shipments over 31.5 kg will be delivered by a forwarding agency. Costs start at 140 EUR – please request a quote from us in advance.

Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein

Shipping to Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of 30 EUR for a shipping weight up to 31.5 kg. Shipments over 31.5 kg are delivered by a forwarding agency (starting at 180 EUR). Please contact us in advance for this.

Note for customers from Switzerland:
You can use the service of our partner MeinEinkauf.ch. This service offers low shipping costs and handles all customs formalities. MeinEinkauf.ch delivers the goods directly to your Swiss address (usually within 2–3 days after receipt). MeinEinkauf.ch charges a separate service fee for this (please check the current conditions directly on their website). We will only charge you for the free domestic shipping to the German address of MeinEinkauf.ch.

Rest of the World (Russia, USA, Canada, Japan, etc.)

Shipping costs to the rest of the world are a flat rate of 45 EUR for a shipping weight up to 31.5 kg.

Digital Products

We provide digital products electronically (e.g., as a download in your customer account, via email, or through other digital channels). There are no shipping costs for digital products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
