| Description | |
| Grip width | Depends on the individual custom length |
| Permitted use | Suitable exclusively for the careful and vibration-free execution of standard pull-ups. Due to its design, this model is not approved for use in conjunction with resistance bands, power tubes, or sling trainers. |
| Grip variations | A total of two (wide and/or narrow) |
| Difficulty of pull-ups | Very difficult to moderately difficult (depending on grip width) |
| Maintenance | Absolutely maintenance-free and wear-free |
| Construction | Removable, three-part stainless steel construction, consisting of 1 x tube and 2 x U-shaped wall brackets |
| Load capacity | Up to 100 kg |
| Individual Length | |
| Made-to-measure length | Custom length, manufactured exactly according to individual specifications |
| Maximum length | 1500 mm |
| Note on custom length | The custom length must be specified after deducting 3 mm. A deduction of 3 mm from the measured distance is strictly required to ensure the pull-up bar fits perfectly between the walls. Calculation example: Measured distance 1300 mm - 3 mm to ensure fit = custom length 1297 mm. The distance must be measured directly at the desired mounting location, as the distance between walls can vary significantly depending on the exact measuring point. The distance between the walls should be measured using two folding rules or a laser distance meter. A laser distance meter also makes it very easy to align the drill holes on the opposite wall. |
| Construction notes | The tube is simply inserted into the U-shaped wall brackets from above. Since each wall bracket is 8 mm thick, applying the 3 mm deduction means the tube rests on the wall plates for a length of 13 mm (6.5 mm on each side). It should be noted that both tube ends are closed with plastic blanking plugs. These plastic plugs are slightly convex, providing a slight tensioning of the tube and thus preventing it from rotating too easily. Otherwise, the tube is not secured against rotation. This means the tube could rotate around its own axis during excessive swinging or careless use and, in the worst-case scenario, jump out of the brackets. If the rotation of the tube is absolutely undesirable, the removable pull-up bar E4 or the fully welded pull-up bar E2 are highly recommended. More detailed information, further descriptions, and graphical representations of the pull-up bar E3 can be found in the blog. |
