Short description	This iso-platform is a specialized training device for isometric training, where physical strength is effectively increased through isometric contraction.
Usage	For training, the user stands on the iso-platform, attaches straps or ropes to the eyelets, and builds tension in the targeted muscles—for example, by pulling the straps or ropes upward—and holds the maximum tension for a specific duration, such as 10 seconds.
Technology	The iso-platform features a total of 14 eyelets for highly diverse exercises. It measures 100 cm in length and 37 cm in width. The tubes have a diameter of 30 mm. The central plate is 4 mm thick and reinforced from below with robust struts. The slip resistance of the iso-platform is permanently ensured by four high-quality silicone bumpers.
