What is meant by the "straight" and "bent 30°" options?

The pull-up bar L3 is manufactured in a straight form, as shown in the image, as well as in a bent form (currently no image available). In the bent version, the ends are angled downwards by 30°, similar to the pull-up bars for ceilings or the pull-up bars for walls.

How does the pull-up bar L3 differ from the pull-up bar L2 or L4?

The pull-up bar L3 features two eyelets, as shown in the picture. The pull-up bar L2, on the other hand, only has one eyelet in the center. The pull-up bar L4 is straight and features two eyelets welded directly to the left and right ends of the tube.

Is mounting hardware included in the scope of delivery?

No. Mounting hardware can be added to the shopping cart separately. Additional items are also available in the Accessories category.

Is there an optimal mounting height for pull-ups? How high above the floor should the pull-up bar hang?

Yes, ideally the pull-up bar should hang 30% above the individual's body height. In this case, the floor is no longer touched while hanging. This means, for example, for a body height of 1.8 m, the pull-up bar should hang 2.34 m above the floor. Generally, the following formula applies: Ideal mounting height = Body height x 1.3. If the ceiling height does not permit this, the legs must be bent slightly during the exercise.

What is the diameter of the pull-up bar?

The diameter of the pull-up bar at all grip areas is 3 cm or 30 mm.

Is the quality exactly as shown in the pictures?

Yes, and the actual product exceeds visual expectations. The high quality and impressive finish of the pull-up bars are even more evident in reality, as standard photography cannot fully capture the premium look and feel.

Is the packaging sturdy enough to ensure the pull-up bar arrives undamaged?

Yes. The pull-up bar is fully secured across all axes (x, y, z) within the package. A specially developed internal packaging structure is utilized for this purpose.

Are the grip ends knurled, roughened, or polished?

All grip ends are unknurled and not roughened. They are brushed or ground with a grit size of 240. This means they offer slightly more texture and are rougher than a polished surface.

Does the maximum load capacity of 150 kg include the person's weight?

The maximum load capacity refers to the absolute maximum weight that the user may apply to the equipment.

Can the distance between the eyelets be modified?

Yes. For the L3 model, the eyelets can be positioned and welded at any desired distance. It is recommended to check the Configurator to see if a specific L3 modification is offered as a standard option. If not, a request can simply be submitted via the contact form.

Is the pull-up bar suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, the pull-up bar can be utilized outdoors as well as indoors, as it is manufactured from premium stainless steel.

It should be noted that the pull-up bar must not be installed in a maritime atmosphere, i.e., in close proximity to a sea or an ocean (e.g., the North Sea coast, the Baltic Sea coast, or the Atlantic coast).

Is the pull-up bar also available in white or another color?

No, the pull-up bar is currently not available in white or any other painted finish.

Is the actual pull-up bar made of solid steel?

No, the pull-up bar itself consists of a highly durable tube with a wall thickness of 2 mm.

Are the blanking plugs made of the same metal as the pull-up bar and firmly welded?

No, the blanking plugs are made of polyamide with a stainless steel look (coated plastic) and are therefore not welded. They perfectly match the color of the pull-up bar and are driven securely into the tube ends.

The blanking plugs are damaged. What can be done?

A message including the order number can be submitted via the Contact form. Replacement blanking plugs will then be dispatched accordingly.

Is everything welded perfectly straight on the pull-up bar?

Yes, every bar is meticulously inspected and aligned after the welding process. As a specialized manufacturing facility with years of experience in producing pull-up bars, dip bars, and metal products in general, this is a standard procedure.

Note: A certain residual variability in the characteristics of the pull-up bar (surface, alignment, haptics, etc.) is always present. For instance, it occasionally occurs that the mounting plates (for ceiling or wall models) do not lie completely flat upon delivery (within the millimeter range). This does not constitute a quality defect. When screwed in, the plates are tightened and will then lie perfectly flat against the ceiling or wall. The functionality is in no way negatively affected by this.
