The round ceiling mount H2 is the ideal solution for the secure attachment of punching bags, sling trainers, gymnastic rings, and other training equipment to concrete ceilings. Manufactured from solid stainless steel, it is exceptionally durable, rust-proof, and reliable – even under heavy use.

Important note regarding load capacity:

The maximum load capacity of 500 kg refers exclusively to the H2 mount itself. The actual load capacity during installation depends on the condition of the ceiling as well as the use of suitable dowels and mounting hardware.

As an example: When using Fischer DuoPower 10×80 mm dowels in concrete C20/25, a holding force of up to 420 kg per dowel is achieved. (See: Technical data sheet)
