UNO hook, wall mount, ceiling mount, and beam mount made of premium stainless steel for the secure suspension of punching bags, sling trainers, trapeze bars, gymnastic rings, or hammocks (with a maximum load capacity of up to 120 kg).

General Information

The hook is highly versatile and can be securely mounted with just a single screw to any solid wall, ceiling, beam, or other suitable location. With a load capacity of up to 120 kg (when mounted to a concrete ceiling), it easily supports the normal body weight of an adult.

The inner clearance of the hook's eyelet (after mounting) features a diameter of approximately 1.5 cm. This allows ropes, carabiners, quick links, or resistance bands with a maximum diameter of 1.5 cm to be easily attached. The eyelet itself (D = 6 mm) is fully welded to the round plate (D = 60 mm, t = 8 mm). Overall, the hook is designed to be minimalist yet extremely stable.

How is the hook mounted to a beam? It might appear that a longer wood screw cannot be inserted through the eyelet.

The wood must be pre-drilled (e.g., with a 3 mm drill bit for an 8 mm screw), and then the hook is screwed into the wood together with the screw. This means the screw, along with the washer, is first inserted into the hook (bypassing the eyelet on the side; this procedure has been successfully verified with a 60 mm long screw featuring a 13 mm head), and then the entire assembly is driven into the wood.
