When you buy a pull-up bar or any other product from pull-up-bars.com, you're also buying our service. You don't really see this service right away, but only when a problem comes up.

For example, if your package gets lost, we're always ready to jump in and sort things out with the shipping company. Or we'll take back your order, no questions asked, even after the return window has closed, as long as you haven't used the product yet. But our service extends for years after your purchase, too—for example, six years after your order, as you can read for yourself in the following feedback and the story behind it!

The Story Behind It

Back in 2012, we built and shipped a custom corner pull-up bar with four additional grips and an eyelet. No problem at all. The pull-up bar arrived safe and sound and was used regularly. After a while, it moved to the USA—with its owner, of course—and then back to Germany.

We all know things can get lost or broken during a move. That's what happened in this case: one of the end caps for the corner pull-up bar went missing. The customer emailed us about it in April 2018 and asked for replacement end caps.

My response was short and sweet: ... yeah, of course. No problem at all. We'll send you a cap.

Our shipping department has experience with this, so they packed a few extra end caps in the envelope. A while later, we received the feedback you read above, in a letter, along with the cash.

At first, you're a little surprised when you open a letter with 10 EUR and a note inside, but then your eyes light up. Not because of the 10 EUR. No. Just because of the feedback itself.
