Custom pull-up bars are our specialty. We've made a ton of custom orders that, even after 10 years as the go-to online specialist for pull-up bars, we never would have dreamed of.
The reason is pretty simple. Sometimes the on-site conditions and the specific needs for pull-ups are so unique that a one-of-a-kind custom build is the only way to go. That was the case with the wall-to-wall pull-up bar you see above.
How It Started
It all began with a no-obligation email inquiry from Hamburg. The request was for our E2 pull-up bar with a length of 1044 mm (1047 mm - 3 mm = 1044 mm), 4 additional grips, and possibly angled ends. Our point person was familiar with the length and grip requests, but the question about angled grips made him raise an eyebrow. However, a sketch they sent over cleared up all the confusion. We sent a quick quote by email and got the job right away.
The Production
The production process didn't go as planned for us. Looking back, we miscalculated the manufacturing costs a bit. The build simply took longer than we had originally estimated. The warping of the material, in particular, caused some problems. You can find a more detailed description of that here. But it's no big deal—sometimes you have to chalk it up to experience. This is how the pull-up bar came out of production.
The Feedback
All in all, the effort was well worth it. We delivered a very high-quality product. So we were really happy to get the following feedback and the customer photos they provided (at the top and below)—especially our production team!

The Bottom Line
If you also need a completely custom pull-up bar, just get in touch with us, preferably with a sketch or a photo right away. It doesn't matter what your on-site conditions are. You just need two anchor points that can support your weight and the pull-up bar. We'll find a solution for everything else!
